Keys to effective communication skill in relationship are...

When I look around and noticed how people communicate with each other, then you realize that something is wrong with those skills in nowadays society. Can say even those skills are absent and disappeared. The most disturbing is –that there is disrespectfulness, no listening, most of the people using yelling, any kind of an effective relationship: mocking also, criticisms, selfishness, control, lack of emotional intimacy, family conflicts, neglect, comparisons, roles.
So here what i want to say is i think better effective communication keys are :
1. Quality time- spent time together
2. use more i statements and less you statements.
3.be specific
4.avoid mindreading- you dont know what you partner think

5.listen without blaming and interacting, also without defense.
6.express your negative thoughts and positive thoughts.
7.accept others person thoughts, even if you do not agree

Tundelukud- mis need on? part 1(1-7)lukku

Tundelukk on reageering või viis, mille omastad lapsepõlves. Millised on tundelukud? 1. Kõige hullem asi siin elus saab ju olla läbikukkuja roll- vähemalt see on see, mida paljud tunnevad.

Childhood effections? What we take from childhood into real life, after when we become adults?

Once upon a time, there was a boy. He lived in a village that no longer exists, in a house that no longer exists, on the edge of a field that no longer exists, where everything was discovered, and everything was possible. A stick could be a sword, a pebble could be a diamond, a tree, a castle. Once upon a time, there was a boy who lived in a house across the field, from a girl who no longer exists. They made up a thousand games. She was queen and he was king. In the autumn light her hair shone like a crown. They collected the world in small handfuls, and when the sky grew dark, and they parted with leaves in their hair. Once upon a time there was a boy who loved a girl, and her laughter was a question he wanted to spend his whole life answering.”  ―  Nicole Krauss ,  The History of Love If from now one  you think back time, when you were a kid, then think what kind of childhood you had. Do you still have good memories or bad one. ? How did y...

Mourning(grief) and sorrow- how to accept it and how to go ahead?

Mourning and sorrow- how to accept it and how to go ahead? A couple of weeks ago. i didn't know what topics i should write here, but then i started to read a book  about how to move on with your life after mourning and grief. This year has been really hard for me as well, but the same time it has been the most active year personality, cause im on the way , who i  wanna go and what i want to achieve. Its just some people had left out of my life , so this is the reason why i  got that feeling - i need to write about mourning and moving, and also how to move on and enjoy every day. How to smile again, and how to open your heart for all the good things.:)  At school, we don’t learn how to treat our heart. What to do with feelings and sorrow. Death and mourning are part of life, like birth. Death is a biological event, which means end of life. In open relationship people can share their feelings, thoughts, fantasy and experiment with othe...
