Why you need the gratitude list? 10reason why to be thankful...


 Dear readers!




Yesterday after yoga i realized how important is to be grateful ( thanks to Mai ).Certainly, now you are asking Why?But the main reason is we don't take everyday stuff as gift, we are taken them as usual things, and we don't appreciate it. But we should start to do it...

So yesterday i was grateful, cause i learned how to take control of my own and how do not use the old pattern if you are in stress situation or something.All these situations are the lesson, and you can learn from there.So i found 10 reasons, why to be thankful.

1.I am thankful for my health, for being able to be flexible and to do yoga.
2.I am the thankful cause, I'm learning family therapy, and also starting my own path.
3. I am thankful, cause i have work.
4.I am thankful for the gift that i can write, and also a have blogger, and thanks that i have so many readers :)
5.I am thankful for people who i loved the most my man,family, friends , all people who support me.Ability to love.
6. i am thankful, cause I have home(yesterday on the tram is saw some homeless people, and then in this moment you realize, you are really lucky, cause you have place where to go ,and to fill the battery for the next day, but not all the people have it, so im really lucky)
7.I am thankful for books.
8. I am thankful for yoga, meditation.
9.I am grateful that i have opportunity to start to do my own stuff with Anneli:)
10.Iam grateful thanks to money.

Is it normal to feel angry? ( picture ) No matter how angry you ll get, you always end up forgiving the people you love. To feels angry is part of our life. You are human- I am, and we have feelings.We all feel angry- kids, adults, teenagers. Yes sometimes we just feel it, but we just let it out, and the problem is sold. To feel angry is normal. The  3 main reasons  - why we feel angry are threatened or attacked frustrated or powerless like we're being treated unfairly( Here is link ) What else angry gives us ? Angry allows us to understand whats going on with us, what had happened. Also angry means - that we dont get what we want. Why we feel-fear?

Our life brings us up and down. Many of us show "happy face"   but the reality is you still have this fear behind of it. The biggest fear what we have is that one day we ll be dead and no exist anymore.We have fear to lose everything that we have.Also we still thinking, that to be happy, we need to get out of fear, or we should ignore it. Although we can ignore the fear- its still exist. Only way how to relieve the fear is we need to admit it. Usually, we feel fear cause of things,  we cannot control.We are worry cause of sickness, cause of we dont have money, we are afraid of losing our relatives,  partners, kids -people -who we loved the most.The fear force us to remind past and to think about future.
