Once in life many of us have some experience with anxious or depressive or even depression.
But the main attention can be is that we dont want to see it or which are even worse, is to not do recognize it(example if someone of yr family member has it) and even if you recognized it and you know , but still you dont know what to do, or how to act, then find that information what you can do. Cause the worse part which you can do is escape and not to care of them.
Cause of depression can be:

Is it normal to feel angry? ( picture ) No matter how angry you ll get, you always end up forgiving the people you love. To feels angry is part of our life. You are human- I am, and we have feelings.We all feel angry- kids, adults, teenagers. Yes sometimes we just feel it, but we just let it out, and the problem is sold. To feel angry is normal. Why we feel-fear?

Our life brings us up and down. Many of us show "happy face"   but the reality is you still have this fear behind of it. The biggest fear what we have is that one day we ll be dead and no exist anymore.We have fear to lose everything that we have.Also we still thinking, that to be happy, we need to get out of fear, or we should ignore it. Although we can ignore the fear- its still exist. Only way how to relieve the fear is we need to admit it.
