Miks tekib paanikahäire ja kuidas sellest vabaneda?

Olen ise aastaid võidelnud paanikahäire ja hoogudega.Kuidas see väljendub?
Minul nt käed värisesid, süda tagus, higistamine, paanika, et jääb midagi tegemata, satun kohta, kust ei oska minna edasi, eksamihirm, samuti tekkis esinemisärevus- sõnad läksid sassi.
Mäletan oma viimast ärevushoogu,mis toimus 2017a suvel Lätis, kus ma kartsin ,et jääb bussist maha ja tagasi ei saa.Mul hakkasid käed tõmblema ,lihtsalt värisesid ,ma ei suutnud kontrollida neid ja ülekeha käisid kuumalained.
Tegelikult on paanikahoo tekke põhjuseks allasurutud hoiatussignaalid.Minul arvatavasti on need tekkinud negatiivsest mõtlemisest, ka lapsepõlvest, aga need võivad tekkida ka nt mõnuainete tarbimisest, ka ravimid võivad põhjustada ja keskkonnast, lapsepõlvest, kui on toimuvas pidev muutus, stress.
Kuidas vabaneda paanikahäirest ja ärevusest?
Kõigepealt sellega tuleb tegeleda.Minul aitas nt koputamistehnika, holistiline teraapia, access bars, pereteraapia, samuti jooga ja teadlikolek e meditatsioon.Aga inimesed erinevad , see mis ühel aitab , ei pruugi teisele mõjuda.Igaljuhul tuleks abi otsida ja mitte taluda.

Why we feel-fear?

Our life brings us up and down. Many of us show "happy face"   but the reality is you still have this fear behind of it. The biggest fear what we have is that one day we ll be dead and no exist anymore.We have fear to lose everything that we have.Also we still thinking, that to be happy, we need to get out of fear, or we should ignore it. Although we can ignore the fear- its still exist. Only way how to relieve the fear is we need to admit it. Usually, we feel fear cause of things,  we cannot control.We are worry cause of sickness, cause of we dont have money, we are afraid of losing our relatives,  partners, kids -people -who we loved the most.The fear force us to remind past and to think about future.
