 Dear readers! Yesterday after yoga i realized how important is to be grateful ( thanks to Mai  ).Certainly, now you are asking Why?But the main reason is we don't take everyday stuff as gift, we are taken them as usual things, and we don't appreciate it. But we should start to do it... Why people feel they are unhappy?

Feeling to be happy is unbelievable, cause human cant be happy.And if someone speaks that they are unsatisfied or frustrated - then we believe them, cause to be unhappy and satisfied seems to be so normal and average.But actually, it dosent have to be. You live is filled with happiness then, when you realize that thing, whatever you are doing makes you feel happy and satisfied.Nothing can disturb you. We are putting all our energy to get things like( power, money, famous ),but those things are useless.But where are real things like to feel emotions, relationship, loving, caring, sharing. Nelson Mandela has been said “If you talk to a man in language he understands, it ll go to his head, If you talk to him in his language, it will go to his heart. The main purpose is to affect others people to listen to you- what you have to say. Reflective Listening First  Mirroring Mirroring is a simple form of reflecting and involves repeating almost exactly what the speaker says.  Mirroring should be short and simple.  It is usually enough to just repeat key words or the last few words spoken.  This shows you are trying to understand the speakers terms of reference and acts as a prompt for him or her to continue. Be aware not to over mirror as this can become irritating and therefore a distraction from the message. Once in life many of us have some experience with anxious or depressive or even depression. But the main attention can be is that we dont want to see it or which are even worse, is to not do recognize it(example if someone of yr family member has it) and even if you recognized it and you know , but still you dont know what to do, or how to act, then find that information what you can do.
